Acquire the land
Six acres at Tetrem are secured as the project’s physical foundation.
THOS Agribusiness is beginning with six acres of acquired land and a practical, phased plan for fresh-vegetable production.
The six-acre land at Tetrem has been acquired. Farming operations have not yet started. The immediate task is to prepare the site, put essential support infrastructure in place and begin cultivation in phases.
The first clearing project is intended to be handled by Rapidcutters after a suitable project-based operator has been engaged. This connects two THOS businesses without presenting planned activity as an existing operation.
The plan is deliberately staged so each investment supports what follows.
Six acres at Tetrem are secured as the project’s physical foundation.
Rapidcutters is intended to prepare the land once operator and mobilisation are ready.
Accommodation for one fixed farm attendant plus warehouse and tool storage.
Develop a borehole and practical water system for the first cultivation phase.
Plant the first three acres and learn from real field performance.
Only land acquisition is complete. Dates and costs will depend on mobilisation, site conditions and financing.
The opening crop mix combines commercially relevant vegetables with a dedicated learning area.
A focused pepper block, subject to final variety selection, agronomy and market preparation.
A separate chilli block for distinct crop management and market learning.
A measured tomato area that can be evaluated before expansion.
A flexible area for trials, observation and evidence-led decisions.
The half-acre test area gives the farm room to learn under local conditions before committing more land or capital. It is a working decision space—not a claim of formal research capacity.
The ambition extends beyond the first plots, but every later stage remains a future development objective.
Grow when field results and markets justify it.
Explore value-added products after supply and economics are established.
Develop routes into suitable shops and business customers.
Assess opportunities as capability and compliance develop.
These are ambitions, not current operations, contracts or production claims.
