Father and mother leaves after consoling the couple.
Father: I just hope we have done all we can to help them. May God deliver them out of this mess
Mother: Amen dear. I'm just thinking that maybe it's time for them to tell the police about the whole thing
Father: It will only worsen things and I can never pardon myself for this
Mother: C'mon honey, you didn't know things will turn out like this for them
Father (tired): I just hope I have done my best. I don't want this to end up with the innocent man jailed for life
Mother: God forbid. All will be well dear. C'mon let's go
Some minutes later, the detectives come to arrest the couple with regards to the new evidence ( Gabriel and Chandice's bedroom adventures ) they have against them.
They get to the police station scared and Gabriel is determined not to mention a word till he sees a lawyer.
Unfortunately, on the contrary, his wife, Chandice tells the police that she is responsible for Amber's murder...
Detective Raymond goes to the adjacent room to inform Gabriel of the situation.
Detective Raymond: Mr Gabriel, you can go. We don't have any charges anymore against you
Gabriel (glad): Thank you Jesus. Where is my wife, Officer?
Detective Raymond: Well, your wife just admitted that she is responsible for the murder of Amber, so...
Gabriel (shouts and almost attacks the Detective to the shock of other police officers): Lies!!! You are a crook. My wife didn't kill anyone. She can't admit what she didn't do if you did not force her to do so
Detective Kweku (holding Gabriel): Mr Gabriel calm down, your wife is under arrest and there's nothing you can do about it. You don't want to be charged of assaulting a public officer. Do you?!
Gabriel (releases himself out of Kweku's grip): Leave me alone, this is not the end!
Detective Raymond (shouts): You can go now, get out!
Gabriel screams like a wounded animal and leaves pushing everyone in front of him away.
As he leaves, his eyes meet that of Chandice, who is being handcuffed in the interrogation room, the officer closes the door as she looks away while Gabriel shouts her name in despair. He's convinced she chose to lie to set him free.
A frustrated and crying Gabriel gets to his car, sits on the floor instead and calls father.
Father: Hello, Gabriel...
Gabriel (crying): I'm finished sir, my wife...
Father (shocked): Gabriel, where is your wife? Gabriel!
Gabriel: It's all my fault. Maybe a divorce would have saved her at least. Where do I start from now?
Father: Gabriel, where are you? Are you at home?
Gabriel: Of what use is it? Does it matter at all? My wife is about to be jailed for what she didn't do and all I can do is nothing, absolutely nothing.
Father: Are you in the police station?
Gabriel sighs and throws the phone away.

As Gabriel is still in front of the police station, now sitting outside at the corridor and asking to speak with his wife before he leaves.
Father (interrupts him): Gabriel
Gabriel (sees Father): Sir, they won't even allow me to see my wife, don't I have the right to see her?
Father: Please calm down, let me talk with the officers myself
Gabriel (shouts): Chandice cannot do this to me. I'm not going to let this happen, they must allow me to speak to my wife

Gabriel (pushes Father away): How dare she confess to killing Amber like that?
