It's not a joke Many are losing the little faith they had  Or even some conviction about who our saviour is and forever will be The enemy is playing the mind games again And no one is excluded from the battle !! It's not a joke Many "loyal" to the creed hardly know what its all about and the personal WHY of following it at all So at the least provocative question, a doubt so large is created  A lifestyle is ruined and a pit of rubbish dug in the ever wandering mind Alas, apostasy seems to be the inevitable most common end ? It's not a joke There are some contradictions in the bible A lot of mysteries one can't unravel And even though we know that only the author can reveal and solve our confusions Many fall before getting to that phase of the deep understanding of the word Because of: Situations ....tear jerking hardships, Job like tales etc People....men and women of God ?? Sisters or brothers ?? Spouses?? Children ?? Parents ?? Critical desperate choices to make.... And there goes the question: To fight or to make peace with the ... It's not a joke The world has taken over in the minds of many That they struggle with the word Because they want it to match the world's demands Because they want a limitless liberty A liberty that not even them can define It's not a joke The book is not to be rewritten or modified or thrown away in frustration  No, it needs to be studied Studied to be well approved Studied to be truly understood again and again, for no one can testify to knowing this sacred book entirely.....(not even at the point of death) Studied to prove ourselves before the rising team of "sleeping" ever logical humans  Studied to most importantly, be transformed by Him in this walk with Him. It's not really a joke The supposed " mighty " are falling "We need evidences" they scream Endless miracles seem to only cause even more doubts  "We need love not a judgemental saviour " they argue Yet they have a definition of what's wrong or right What could really be more judgemental than having to define what's good or what's bad ? There !! Another dilemma... Good and bad are beginning to have a different meaning There seems to be a grey (lukewarm) area for every truth It's not a joke It's not even amusing Who knows if we are even standing ??!!! Understand where you stand And stand firm by His grace and mercy But before any other thing, Ask and answer in all truthfulness,  In this battle of life In this everyday war between good and bad Where are you ?
